Where are you located?

We are located at 2125 San Joaquin Hills Rd, Newport Beach CA 92660, near Fashion Island.

What do I need to bring?

Gloves and hand wraps are required for class. These will be available for purchase. We also offer towels and water bottles for purchase.

How long is each class?

Each class is 45 minutes.

Do you have trial classes?

New customers will receive a one time free class with their purchase of a class or class package.

How do I pick my spot in class?

When you arrive at the studio for checkin, you will choose your starting station either on the bags, in the boxing ring, or on the treadmill.

Do you offer parking validation?

Yes, we will validate all parking structure tickets for up to 1.5 hours. We also have four reserved Boxing Lab spaces in front of the studio.
