What do I need to bring?

Gloves and hand wraps are required for class. These will be available for purchase. We also offer water bottles for purchase.

How long is each class?

Each class is 45-50 minutes.

How do I pick my spot in class?

When you arrive at the studio for checkin, you will choose your BAG. We recommend to show up 10 min before class starts.
