SMALL GROUP TRAINING

If you are looking to mix up your workout routine with a few of your friends in a small group setting we offer small group classes from 10AM-4PM. Small group training is a unique way to help hoan your boxing skills and overall conditioning in a more personalized setting. Each training session consists of 2-6 people and focuses on technique by integrating mitt work while utilizing the entire facility. Mitt work will help teach the proper boxing fundamentals from your stance to punching techniques. Our instructor will incorporate a variety of training during each session that will consist of the following equipment:

  • Ski Erg

  • Rower

  • Treadmill

  • Airdyne bike

  • Squat Racks

  • Cable Machine

  • Kettle Bells

  • Free weights

  • Jump ropes
